We used to be the investment casting subsidiary of National AECC group since early 1970s, and went independent as private during 2010. With more than 50 years' experience of making investment casting parts for aero engines, 80% of our transactions are still for National Aero Engine manufacturers, who value our sophisticated skills, professional products, and fast reactions. Also we have been operated with GJB system, whiled certified & endorsed as aero engine parts supplier for years.

Most staffs have been growing together with us for more than 10 years, since experienced workers are highly valued in investment casting industry. Apart from our own experienced technical responsibles, we also have two top-ranking experts as technical consultants from National Aero Engine OEM, who guide us with most pioneered solutions. 

We are equiped with advanced facities that cover complete procedure, incl. 38 ton Wax Molding machine, 50kg 3-chamber/25kg Melting & Casting Vacuum Furnace for Equiaxed Superalloys parts, 200kg Intermediate Frequency Furnaces for stainless steel & Aluminum bronze parts, 150kg furnace for Aluminum parts, Vacuum Heat treatment Furnace up to 1300 ℃ with protective Argon gas,  Nondestructive Penetration & Radiation testing, Hexagon CMM with 4-axis rotary table up to 1.4μm tolerance., etc. 

Our products cover Equiaxed Superalloys guide vanes, turbine blades and turbine discs in hot sections of combustion chamber, with tolerance up to ±0.07mm, also Aluminum Alloy aero engine compartment parts, as well as other stainless steel structured parts, and Aluminum bronze structural parts for high-speed train & metro.

We also have long-term parter that specialize in machining for Aero Engine parts, if our customer is looking for finished products with high precision other than only investment casting parts.
